Every queue reports what its last tick achieved, not that it ran. A quiet queue is normal; one with work it neither handled nor explained is flagged.
The worker could not be reached: worker returned HTTP 404. Indexing, probing and auditions are probably not running.
A queue registers only when its dependencies exist - auditions need an archive node, anchoring needs a funded signer - so a missing queue is switched off, not broken.
